ART Appeals

The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is an independent merits review body authorized to assess administrative decisions made by the government, including:

  • Refugee Decisions – Primarily related to onshore protection refusals.
  • Migration Decisions – Covering various visa refusals and cancellations.
  • Character-Related Refusals – Includes decisions on citizenship refusals and certain cancellations.

ART operates independently, without representing any department or minister, ensuring an impartial review of applications. Read more about ART appeals in Australia and how the review process works.
