ART Appeals

The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is an independent merits review body authorized to assess administrative decisions made by the government, including:

• Refugee Decisions – Primarily related to onshore protection refusals.
• Migration Decisions – Covering various visa refusals and cancellations.
• Character-Related Refusals – Includes decisions on citizenship refusals and certain cancellations.

ART operates independently, without representing any department or minister, ensuring an impartial review of applications.
